Shields Construction Company recently completed a 185,000-square-foot office and distribution facility for Sheppard Distribution Company in Oaks, Pennsylvania. The building features custom-fabricated insulated concrete wall panels with brick accent panels at the three main entrances, providing both durability and an attractive architectural appearance.
The facility includes approximately 12,000 square feet of office space and 175,000 square feet of high-bay warehouse storage with a clear height of approximately 43 feet. To support high-piled storage operations, the building is protected by an ESFR fire suppression system supplemented by a 1,500 GPM diesel fire pump.
This modern facility provides Sheppard Distribution Company with efficient office and warehouse space designed to support its ongoing growth and distribution operations.
