Parking Garage, Bala Cynwyd
The new Parking Garage for the King’s Grant office building was critical to provide additional parking for the redevelopment of the property in Bala Cynwyd. The new parking garage was constructed on a very tight footprint, so planning and coordination were critical for the construction. The foundation required helical piles with concrete caps to support the precast concrete garage structure. The project included a bridge link to the 2nd floor of the office building.
