151 South Warner Rd Facade
The 151 Building sits on an outstanding location in King of Prussia, and was in need of a complete renovation, when the timing and the tenant were right. On a compressed critical schedule, Shields Construction removed the old façade and replaced it with a modern and efficient façade of glass and metal. The lobby was expanded with a new monumental stairway, new elevators, and the exterior was clad with glass curtain wall with Architectural “V” columns. In addition, the 98,000 SF interior was fitout for a single user Financial Services firm. The 151 Building is now a class A office building.
