1170 Lobby, King of Prussia
The 1170 King of Prussia office building was updated and upgraded for repositioning and new leases. The Lobby was expanded, and provided with new finishes such as the large marble feature wall, terrazzo floors, and architectural lighting. A new Fitness Center was added next to the Lobby. The Restrooms were reconstructed with new finishes and fixtures. New entrance canopy portico structures were added to each side of the Lobby, and new glass curtainwalls added to the corners of the building.
